To commemorate Earth Day 50, Just Salad commits to saving over 100,000 pounds of plastic in 2020 through its reusable bowl program, the largest restaurant reusable program in the world. Guests can purchase their reusable bowl for $1 and they’ll receive free toppings (like avocado) with every use.
